 ¿Por qué eres del Liverpool? / Why are you a Liverpool fan?

Soy del Liverpool, desde la llegada de Benítez, Alonso… O mejor dicho el Spanish Liverpool. Me llamó la atención por el equipo al haber tanto español, después me conquistó por esa afición, Anfield, The Kop y más adelante ir siguiendo y leyendo artículos sobre Shankly, The Kop, Hillsborough y darte cuenta que tiene algo, que tiene algo especial que no tiene nadie, – esa historia, esa tradición que le hace único.

I’ve been a Liverpool fan since the arrival of Benítez, Alonso….. or better put the Spanish Liverpool.  Having so many Spanish players in the team caught my attention, and afterwards that crowd won me over, Anfield, The Kop and going forward following the team and reading articles about Shankly, The Kop, Hillsborough and realising it has something special that nobody else has – that history, that tradition that makes it unique.

Mi ídolo desde pequeño David Beckham y jugador favorito a lo que es el Liverpool es Steven Gerrard. Siempre me quedaré con la pena de no haberle visto jugar. Un jugador especial un one club men de los que pocos quedan. El cual creo que será el último jugador o pasarán años hasta que un jugador represente al liverpool como él lo hizo. El era liverpool.

My idol as a boy, David Beckham, and favourite Liverpool player is Steven Gerrard.  I’ll always carry the sorrow of not having seen him play.  A special player, one of the few one-club men these days.  I think he will be the last player, or years will pass before a player represents Liverpool like he did.  He was Liverpool

 

¿Por qué te gusta venir a Triskel? ¿Por qué Madrid Reds? / Why do you like to come to Triskel? Why the Madrid Reds?

¿Por qué MadridReds? Porque era la única posibilidad real de ir a Anfield y vosotros me la habéis dado. Aparte de compartir momentos y, porque no, hacer amistades, aunque vivo en Pamplona espero que cuando vaya pasarme por allí. Mientras me queda el compartir opiniones con vosotros vía Facebook.

Why Madrid Reds? Because it was the only realistic possibility of going to Anfield and you have given it to me.  Apart from sharing moments and making friends, even though I live in Pamplona, I hope that when I come to Madrid I get to visit there.  In the meantime, I will carry on sharing opinions with you all via Facebook.
