Anticipando la nueva temporada, hemos preguntado a varios miembros de los Madrid Reds su evaluación de la pretemporada, su opinion de la plantilla y nuestros rivales, y sus esperanzas para el año que viene.

1. Qué piensas de nuestro rendimiento en la pretemporada?

En general, hemos jugado bastante bien sobre todo contra Bayern. Parece que, de nuevo, tenemos mucha rapidez arriba y llevamos peligro al área contraria.

2. Qué jugador es lo que más te apetece ver la próxima temporada?

Mo Salah, por los motivos que he puesto arriba.

3. No queda mucho tiempo para fichar nuevos jugadores – ¿qué nos falta?

Un centrocampista talentoso y rápido, y otro central. No miro a nadie pero Keita es talentoso y rápido, y Van Dijk, es central…

4. Quienes son los equipos de premier que te ponen más nervioso para la nueva temporada?

Los dos clubes de Manchester han gastado un montón de dinero, y el campeón, el Chelsea ha mejorado su plantilla.

5. Obviamente queremos ganar el cuádruple! Pero, ¿cuál crees que es una meta realista?

Intentar ganar la liga, o al menos quedar entre los tres primeros; y llegar a las fases de decisivas de la Champions, cuartos de final, por ejemplo.

 

In anticipation of the new season we asked a number of Madrid Reds to assess pre-season, assess the squad and our rivals, and reveal their hopes for the campaign ahead.

First up,  @LoverLFC

1. What do you think about our performance in the pre-season?

In general, we’ve played pretty well, particularly against Bayern. It seems, again, that we have a lot of pace up front and carry a threat in the opposition box.

2. Which player are you most looking forward to watching next season?

Mo Salah, for the reasons I’ve stated above .

3. Not long left to sign new players – what are we missing? 

A talented and quick central midfield player, and another centre-half. I don’t have anybody in mind but Keita is talented and quick, and Van Dijk is a centre-half…

4. Which premiership teams are you nervous about next season? 

The two Manchester clubs have spent a lot of money, and the champions, Chelsea, have improved their squad.

5. Obviously we want to win the quadruple! But what do you think is a realistic goal?

Try to win the league, or at least finish in the top 3; and reach the decisive stages of the Champions League, quarter final for example..
